The people were amazing. The girl that helped me, Mikayla, was beyond amazing. i was terrified and nervous going in because i had never done this before and i was a larger bride. she made me feel calm and collected and she was not afraid to let me know if something would work or not. with her help i was able to find my dress and feel beautiful!! a feeling i thought i would never get!!! So i said yes to my dress at David's Bridal!
I have had AWESOME service here! I have multiple people stop by on my first visit to help out with finding a dress! They were all helpful. They listened and I found the perfect dress right away. When I went in with the bridesmaids, same thing! With my fitting, they had a variety of options and helped to ensure my dress would look great, it wasn't just a "lets get this over with" kind of thing. The manager was also soooo helpful!
I was surprised to read reviews about terrible customer service! I was there twice, the first time on a whim and the second I had an appointment and family/friends with me. Both times I felt like they really tried to find the dress I dreamed of. I did end up finding my dress the first appointment, but wasn't 100% sure and wanted mom to get her say. Once they put on a veil I was sold. And was so excited to walk out knowing I had my perfect wedding dress!
My experience was great! Lyndsay helped me and made the appointment very enjoyable. She listened to what I wanted and gave me time to take it all in. It only took four dresses for me to find my dress! I couldn't have asked for a better appointment!
I love it.... My lady was awesome she made feel very comfortable. She understanding on my needs n wants... I had my dream on me but I couldn't afford it... So I found another that I loved n I fitted great I looked good in it... I had a great... My girls will look beautiful too plus my flower girl will rock her dress as well.
I was just the personal attendant for my friend and got to say her consultant, Lynette, was awesome!
The gal helping us was amazing and the manager made rounds and helped out too! I was very impressed that as a plus size girl i could walk in and find dresses in my size! It made it so much more realistic and fun! I have my top 3 picked out and im debating my decision but they made it so much easier!!
