David's Bridal was the first stop for our mother-of-the-bride and maid-of-honor dresses because they have such a huge selection of both color and design, and the prices are decent. My dress I picked out in July was discontinued as of August...and my wedding wasn't until June the girl at David's called 5 different stores to find my dress in my size. Got a GREAT price since it was discontinued :) and they had the matching veil. Alterations were perfect!
Got my bridesmaids dresses through them and they had an amazing variety and I was able to find the perfect color, they came in very quickly and were wonderful quality!
Probably one of the most important aspects of planning for your wedding is finding your wedding dress. This is the thing you want to take your time finding and not feel rushed or pushed. I found my dress after only trying on 5 dresses. A lot of the dresses were too expensive for my budget but one of the ladies that was working with me found me one that was only $199 because it was discontinued. And, it was actually a style that I was looking for but all of them were way too expensive. My bridesmaid dresses are from here too, they were about the same price as my dress and they looked really amazing.
David's bridal had a great variety of wedding and bridesmaid dresses, and I absolutely loved how we all looked on the wedding day! They were quite easy to work with, and the tailoring was good. The value is probably the best part of David's Bridal... they have great deals! They also have lots of good accessory options. I would recommend this to someone who wants to look great on their wedding day and doesn't care about designer names.
I never thought I would find myself at David's Bridal, but that is where I bought my dress. For me the most stressful thing about the wedding was getting the dress. If there is one thing I have learned, the wedding dress business is a racket. Most salons only have sizes up to a 10 and then want you to guess what the dress will look like on you. My dress was so cute. Aside from that though, their tailoring services where phenomenal. My dress had a ton of beading on it, and nothing was messed up or placed wrong during alterations and for mine, they had to move A LOT of beads and lace around. So I was very impressed with the lady who did the alterations, and the cost wasn't bad either.
David's Bridal was great. My dress was beautiful and was a great value. I'm not big on spending a lot of money on a wedding dress so David's was perfect for me. My dress cost only $300 and I felt great in it. Also, it was nice to be able to try on tons of dresses in my size vs at a traditional wedding shop when you can only try it on in an "average" size.
