I went to the Springfield location for a bridal appointment. We met with Suzy and she was amazing! She was kind and patient, but also very enthusiastic. She made us feel like she was helping a bride in her own family. Suzy helped me try on many dresses with many different head pieces and belts so we could see different styles. All the dresses and accessories were beautiful, I wanted to take everything home. 100% recommend an appointment with Suzy to all future brides!

Me and my friend Henley had an amazing experience shopping for prom dresses at david’s bridal. We were helped by the consultant Eva and she made our experience unforgettable. Eva was extremely helpful and found dresses that made us feel confident and beautiful. She was extremely kind and made us feel right at home. My experience here was wonderful. I came alone since I had already gone dress shopping with my family (home for the holidays in California) with the goal of narrowing down my two favorite options from the first time. Everyone was very kind and helpful, but especially Suzy who was my stylist. She made the experience fun and it felt like I had my family there with me because she made me feel special. I found my dress and the checkout process was super easy!

Had such a wonderful experience at David's bridal! Came in the first time thinking I'd just look to see what styles I liked - the first dress I tried on was the one. No matter how many others I tried, it always came back to that one. It came in super quickly and scheduling alterations was so easy. All the alterations department are amazing, but Ms Eqana was the one who took care of my dress and knocked it out of the park. There's a whole lot of dress to deal with and it looks amazing! I'm so thrilled.

I would not lot to you! Hands down, I'm not slays easy to please. However, the sales manager Kiki Mikus, took control to make me feel better about not being able to get the first dress that I wanted. She came in there with another dress for me to try on, along with accessories, which made me get out of my attitude, and I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! She knows how to deal with customers like me. Please ask for and tell her that Tricia referred her🤣🥰 AWESOME CUDTOMER SERVICE. She's good at what she does. Thank you Kiki..
