Everyone was so nice to me, and the 1 time I had to come in without an appointment they were still friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my dress and the bridesmaids dresses. The staff was courteous and really worked with me to help me find a dress that I really loved.
INCREDIBLE VALUE! I got my dress during a sale and it was even better! I really liked the website, which I used to pre-view dresses before going to the store to try them on. If they don't have your size, they can order it for you/transfer it from a different store at no cost. They did have the dress I wanted in my size and picking out bridesmaid dresses was easy, too. I picked my dress and had it fitted at the store. There was some confusion about getting the undergarments for the ball gown before I got it fitted. One sales persons (she was Greek) helped get the correct garments when it was clear that the dress needed it. The fitting staff was also super helpful through the process of making sure it fit correctly.
I really love my wedding dress that I got at David's! I had gone to two other bridal salons and made my appointment at David's as a backup. I'm so glad I did! I thought it would be overwhelming, but since I had already tried dresses on, I had a good idea of the type of dress I might like. I explained to my consultant and she did an amazing job pulling 8-10 dresses. It was so quick and much more fun that my other appointments! I loved mine as soon as I put it on! My dress is gorgeous and the price was right too. The attendants were so helpful -- bringing me shoes and veils to match and coordinate with my dress. Plus my bridesmaids are loving their dresses and excited that they get to mix and match tops/bottoms. We are going to SLAY -- even on a budget -- thanks to David's Bridal.
I was so pleased with the service I received while shopping for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. The staff were so helpful and willing to find the perfect dress for me and my girls.
This really should be two different reviews based on the type of service received for each part of my dress. My overall satisfaction with my DRESS was 10 out of 10, my customer service experience was more along the lines of a 3 out of 10. Please see comments below:Dress Selection: Was PERFECT! Joy was amazing. There were gaps in between my visits and visits with BMs but she always remembered who we were and what we needed. The manager even remembered one of my bridesmaids months after her own wedding! I'm not always the easiest person to shop for, and we tried on a bunch of dresses but Joy was super patient and proactively helpful when looking for my dress and for BM's dresses.
We got my bridesmaids dresses from here. They were great and willing to work with me a little. They however had one person helping three different clients, so that was kinda annoying when we wanted to move on to the next dress and she was helping a bride.
