Today was my first time looking at wedding dresses and it turned out to be a great experience. I scheduled an early appointment so it wouldn't be busy and that worked out in my favor. I received wonderful service from Allison and the other ladies. Everyone was very sweet and helpful! I'm so happy to have found my wedding dress!

I had to order a dress to be shipped to my daughter's destination wedding! Did I mention it was last minute shopping on my part. The entire Syracuse Store treated me as though we've had a long standing relationship. Anyhow the dress arrived the second day after my arrival! It fit beautifully! Overall smooth experience. No worries for the Mother of the Bride!

The store is so understaffed it's not even funny. When I went for my bridal gown there was no one on one interaction. My brides maid dresses were even worse. No one sized me for my dress so it was ordered in the wrong size and as a wide not regular. No had to reorder a different size and now my alterations are booked so late the dress won't be in until 2 days before my wedding. I have had an unbelievable horrible experience with davids bridal i wish I bought my dress somewhere else.

I had the best sales lady ever! She is super funny and down to earth, I'd recommend her to anyone out there. She helped me both times that I was there. Between her and my family I ended up picking the same dress that I had put on layaway, but this time I'm definitely sure. I just want to say a giant thank you to her, without her help I wouldnt have the fairytale wedding I've always dreamed of!

The women that helped me was amazing. She helped calm me down as I was very anxious and she helped me find a dress that was perfect for ME! She was so personable and sweet! She seemed like she truly cared. I highly recommend her, she made me feel like I was the only one in the store .
