Elaine was wonderful for my fitting!! She took lots of time with me and asked me lots of questions and explained what she was doing. My fitting was scheduled at 1030am and it was past that time and my sister and I stood in the foyer as the lady who was standing at the front desk saw us but would not let us in to wait inside. Seemed quite unorganized first thing in the morning. And why doesn't the store open earlier during the week ??
At the beginning my consultant, I think her name was Abbey, went above and beyond helping me pick dresses because I had no clue where to begin! When I ordered my wedding dress they typed the wrong dress number and the wrong dress was shipped in which obviously frustrated me, but they were very quick and diligent on fixing it. It was a wonderful experience, the 3 young ladies that helped us were absolutely amazing! Prices were really great!
The atmosphere and workers were great! My daughter found her prom dress with the help of Caitlyn and Clare. The attitudes of the workers made it an enjoyable experience.
The women who worked with us was always smiling and very helpful! Wish I remembered her name.
