They had to postpone my wife’s dress twice. She drove 2hrs to get it and then it was the wrong dress. They then said there would guarantee her dress delivered to her door by 09/12/21 and at the she just got a call saying that again it won’t be in on time. Our wedding date is 10/10/21 now they still have to “track it” and they all act like they didn’t have anything to do with it when they all talked to my wife about the situation. Cant speak for all David's Bridal, but the one in Tallahassee, Fl. the old lady was rude. Followed us around like we was going to steal something. The young girl was great. But the old lady doesn't deserve your business. We all had masks on, but my youngest daughter was having trouble that day. She had her mask was not able to wear it, she look at her and told her she could leave. I said something about it , she told me she had to have a doctor's note. Never heard that before. Went for bridesmaids dresses. The girl who was in charge of our appt was not helpful at all. We basically walked in there and picked out our stuff and tried on just like we were in any regular clothing store. She also knew the date of my wedding & she didn’t tell us until they had all picked out dresses that the dresses may not arrive in time. They charged us over 300$ for alterations & then didn’t even alter my dress! 5 days before my wedding I had to pay someone local AGAIN to alter my dress bc davids bridal didn’t even touch it!!! and now they won’t refund us our money back! so we had to pay 2 times to get my dress altered.

Not once but twice now this particular David's Bridal has ruined 2 of my besties wedding dress experience. Never again, and I will not ever recommend your store to anyone!!! ��

The visit was ok but if I give you my address and ask for my dress to be shipped please have the common courtesy to ship it instead of holding it at the store but to top it off they sent it to the wrong address and when I called to speak to a manager I never got a return smh

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a retail store, much less a bridal store. From the moment I walked to the second I left without getting a goodbye and only hearing “I’ll call you in 2 weeks about buying the dress”. The dress that I WONT be buying from this store. The lady that helped me was very unprofessional and I can list multiple reasons why. If you make an appointment 2 weeks in advance make sure to ask if there is a bridal show going on that day and time, otherwise you will show up to only 30 dresses or less to... read more

I went in and purchased my wedding gown and it was placed in a cheap plastic dress bag instead of the nice fabric zipped up ones for storing it, so my dress is hanging out of a bag and not very protected. It’s in a bad that you might put a prom grown or bridesmaid dress in, but not a wedding gown. Not what I was expecting and pretty disappointed that this is what I got.
