I had previously visited the store passing through Tallahassee on Wednesday Nov 29, I went in without an appt just to browse, so I understood that I wasn't going to get undivided attention. After looking at the dresses I decided we would use David's bridal for my bridesmaids. I will NEVER go to this David's Bridal again. I have never had a fun experience. I continue to go back and give them another chance, but this time did it for me. I have always made an appointment just like I am supposed too. My money is just as good as the next person, and I am tired of being treated like trash.

They made me get a dress to big when I could of got the size smaller and it fit perfectly! The day I bought my dress and was actually still in the dress I was getting we had alterations come out and give us a price on alterations that would need to be done she said 175 at the most! When I went for alterations when my dress came in they ended up saying I owed them 480! And 280 of that being for my train to done so didn't get that done and would have to buy another dress to change into after the ceremony! Then with my final fi... read more

Found the dress finally but not fond of the consultant at all. After telling her exactly wht i wanted and trying on "all" possible chocies and decide in one she then tells me its 20 weeks to wait for the dress. Um thats two weeks before my wedding and then i have to have alterations which take 4 weeks so after my wedding. She waited til i was pissed off and walking out with no dress before finally bringing me a dress i had been decribing the whole time and that was in stock for me to take home same day. Worst experience! No customer service what so ever! Ordered my dress wrong! Did nothing to fix it! Do not go here!!!!!!!

When my bridesmaids and I decided to purchase a Gold Metallic F17063M long, one shoulder dress, we were certain that this dress would be a beautiful gold shimmery dress. Beautiful... yes, gold or metallic... no. This dress comes in a Biscotti color with a hint of gold highlights at the top. I am upset about all of this and now in the process of redoing my whole wedding color scheme. I really need my colors to flow all together. It is very pretty but your workers are always over booked so they can never be with the second person to help. My family and i came there yesterday morning and we had a horrible time with doing dresses for the mothers of the bride and groom and grandmother of the bride. All because our assist was busy with a bride and couldn't be bothered to check on us along with another person acted like a manager did the same.
