I went to David’s Bridal in January 2023 and had a terrible experience. They only allowed me to try on four dresses (counting down the time that I had left after each dress), and didn’t allow my mother a chair to sit on, telling her she had to move across the room to sit. The consultant wasn’t very friendly or accommodating.

My experience yesterday 8/14 was just awful. I didn’t get the experience that I thought I would or deserved. The “NEW” employee that was suppose to be my consultant did a horrible job. If she was not ready to be put on the floor she should have had someone with her. I came in with multiple dresses and styles in mind off the website. I had an appointment last Sunday to try on wedding dresses. My fitting room was further from the other brides and next to some sort of employee room or hang out spot. While trying on my last dress I could overhear several employees trash talking what I would assume was me. Making terrible comments about my weight, and awful comments about how I looked in the dresses. It brought me to tears. I personally purchased my wedding dress here two years ago. Now, my best friend, her family, and I went to purchase her wedding dress there two weeks ago... but her experience was far from mine 2 years ago... The precious bride was informed only 3 at a time for dress try ons. We were disappointed about that, but understood. Until..... We saw a huge bridal party able to be together by booking another appointment at the same time. It would have been nice to have been informed of a way around the 3-at-a-time rule. Her experience would have been a much more memorable experience. Sad for her! You guys can surely do better than that for a brides once in a lifetime memory!
From the beginning when I booked online for my bridesmaids dresses it was well. Then I was informed only 3 of us could go in at a time. I thought no big deal it’s covid. Then we were the only ones in store and they were allowing other customers to just come in and walk around but I couldn’t have my 4 bridesmaids in at a time, and we were the only ones in the dressing area. Terrible service. Got my dress altered here and it returned with a hole in it and alterations that I never requested. The tailors were very rude about the situation and offered no help whatsoever
