Unfortunately I found a beautiful dress, but the customer service I had was awful. I had to ask to be pinned up in my dress, my bridal party had to be the ones straitening my train because my lady left me multiple times to help someone else. I had a $1,800 dress picked out ready to buy, but the lady wouldn't even help me get fixed up. I had to ask for a veil (multiple times because she kept putting it away and not offering to get one for me), and shoes. It was very overwhelming cause I felt like a burden.

We had an appointment at 6:00 yesterday for 4 bridesmaids. First off we arrived and had to wait 30 mins just to be helped. We tried on several dresses and finally found one we all agreed on, only to find out that the dress would take 8+ weeks to ship and would not arrive in time for the wedding. In fact we were told by the consultant that most dresses take 8+ weeks to ship even though the bride was originally told 4 weeks. So we had no chance of receiving the dresses on time. Usually every time I go I don't have a issue, but my friend is engaged and was looking around at what kind of wedding dresses she wanted to wear for her wedding, and the lady who was "helping" her out told her that she needed a boob job becase none of the dresses would fit her because she is flat chested and the dresses wouldn't fit her in that area.... At David's Bridal, I came in with basically an unlimited budget, so lots of wiggle room to work with. I told the consultant exactly what I wanted and she came back with nothing that I said I wanted. I kept showing pictures of what I wanted and still she came back with nothing I wanted. She didn't know how to properly clip the dress if it was too big. My party was given one chair. One. So most of my party was standing. There was about 40 people back around the fitting rooms and it was insane how crowded it was. It was uncomfo... read more

I had a terrible experience at another bridal shop in town and long story short, they ordered the wrong color dress and wouldn't fix it, so I went to davids bridal and Lara was absolutely amazing. Found my dress and took it home the same day!!

My appointment went great. I had three ladies helping me. From the time I walked in until I left they were sooooo friendly, nice and even though I did not purchase my dress today they were still nice and helpful. Thanks David's Bridal.

They have beautiful dresses but the customer service isn't up to standards. The lady helping us was super nice and helpful but the actual company doesn't realize they are hurting visitors experiences. Lack of chairs for guests while people are watching is huge! Also I arrived early before our group and there was no where for me to sit at the front and wait. No where to hang coats! No water offered to anyone and it was very warm in the building. Going into a bridal shop, the bride should feel excited, and welcomed, something to look forward too... as soon as asked.my budget the lady who was "so called helping me" her facial expression changed and I was sent to a fitting room and left alone with no help, at this point the atmosphere was very unwelcoming and uncomfortable... she just left and was gone the majority of the time..
