I used David's Bridal for my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. I had a good experience in the store in Tyler, TX. All of the ladies that helped on my many trips were professional and attentive to my needs. They truly helped me pick my dream dress. The alterations department altered my dress. The experience with the alterations department was fine. I was disappointed to attend my fitting to only need more alterations. As the bride of the show I was treated outstanding every visit... A+. However, when my bridesmaids from out-of-state (Cali) came to get their dresses a day before the wedding first thing in the am, the manager gave them loads of problems because she didn't want to steamed their wrinkle dresses because she felt they waited until the last minute to pick them up. David's Bridal has horrible costumer service. I bought my wedding dress there, It was extremly busy when i arrived. it was me and my maid of honor and my 2 children. We didnt recieve any kind of help from the start. We had to find all of the dresses our self and find all of the up sizes by ourselves. No one even offered any help. I ended up after two hours and 3 different sizes later found the dress for me! I had to track down a sales associate and ask to put the dress on hold for me. Hit or Miss I went into David's Bridal to try on a dress during their $99 sale. Turned out the dress I had had my eye on for a while was on sale. Soo asked a sales associate for help. She asked if I was capable of getting my own dress and finding a dressing room on my own. Soo I did. She never checked on me or anything. I was ready to buy the dress, just had to get the okay from Mom and asked if she could hold it for a couple of hours soo I could get the go ahead she said "NO" and was very rude about the whole ordeal. Wonderful Experience I got my dress from David's Bridal in Tyler and had the best experience. We got my dress and it is gorgeous the alterations lady was fabulous. We even got all my bridesmaid dresses their and we beautiful and a great price. All the people their were great! I love David's Bridal!!!!!
