RecommendedMy daughter, granddaughter and I were looking for a Prom dress. Cindy was so helpful in getting us measured and helped us find dresses & sizes. She was a huge help. We were a bit “lost” where to begin & Cindy helped to guide us & made my granddaughter’s special event a wonderful experience. Nice selection of dresses and they even had some sales going on.

Courtney was absolutely amazing!!! She helped me find this beautiful dress that matched my vision perfectly! Even though I was trying on by myself she made it an awesome experience. I didn’t want an all long dress and she helped my envision a high-low. The outcome was gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️

I had a wonderful experience at David’s Bridal thanks to Neeka! She was full of energy and made looking for my wedding dress a blast! Everyone there was friendly and helpful throughout my appointment!

My daughter is 25 and has Asperger’s she is getting married in November and the Neeka jumped right in and made her day so special she said yes to the dress on the very first dress she tried on Neeka was amazing-!!!

Highly recommend David's Bridal Tyler, Tx!!!! They were friendly and very helpful. I would also highly recommend Stephanie Sage with any alteration needs or ideas!!! Also Carol and her team in alterations as well as those that help with final fittings are excellent!!! Will definitely go back for the next special occassion. Remember it does not have to just be weddings. They have a great variety and selection!

We visited a location in the D/FW area for my daughter and although it was a good appointment, it was very busy and we felt somewhat rushed. She did find her dress but after looking at the photos I took, she was very underwhelmed. She came to the Tyler store and it was the most awesome experience! Her consultant was Morgan and that little girl is THE BOMB! So sweet and the most helpful! We were literally there for 3 1/2 hours for her to pick a replacement gown as well as her daughters flower girl dress. We could not have ... read more

Going into my alterations appointment I was so hesitant due to all the horror stories that I have heard about wedding alterations. I had previously bought my dress at David’s Bridal and took it back to be able to get a petticoat that would go with the dress. I did not even have an appointment for alterations that day and Stephanie was still able to assist me with my fears and encouraged me to make an alterations appointment and come back and let her pin my dress and get a price on everything.
