There would be 0 rating for me, if it were possible. I was so disappointed with the Indian heifer at the front desk! The entire alterations department was fantastic! Great people and you can tell they know they’re shit. The were able to come up with stylish solutions to problems with the dress so quick.

The group of women you have in the alteration department is hands down some of the best people you could find. They are real, empathetic, hard working and go beyond the extra mile. I would recommend them for any and all alterations. Nothing is too much for them to take on. Vianne even brought black buttons from home to make sure I was happy!!! These ladies are the best! Hands down.

Amazing. The alterations ladies are exceptional. Vianne took the time to make sure it was perfect. Amanda was more than willing to help and gather and zip and do. Maryham was also just as amazing.

I just purchased my prom dress there last week. I got a good deal on the dress and it was everything that I wanted. I was told that alterations would be needed since the dress was too big. I had heard that it was expensive for alterations, but they told me it would only be $100 in total. The following week I went to get measured after they pinned it.
