Vianne was absolutely right in her judgements for my alternations. Working with her was a wonderful first experience because the alterations seemed so daunting. She showed her profession in the best way and showed me adjustments that flattered everything! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her.
Libby was the most amazing help. I’m on a huge time crunch but she said don’t worry, come in today we’ll take care of everything. I wasn’t sure about my decision but she chose the perfect accessories to match and it was the best feeling of being a bride. Thank you so much Libby, definitely coming to you for our other dresses!

Went in to the alterations department in panic because my dress wasn't fitting right. Vianne was absolutely amazing she made me feel so relieved after thinking I wouldn't be able to wear my dress that I'm in love with. Everyone in the department was extremely friendly and helpful and professional they made the whole experience wonderful.

Vianne - absolutely wonderful experience in alterations. She was straight to the point and very helpful. Her sense of humour and fun personality really made the experience that much more enjoyable. Alterations themselves were done quickly and extremely well! Love it.
Michelle very attentive and kind, she helped me with my language since I loved that she spoke Spanish too
Libby has been so helpful and patient with me when we were picking dresses. She didn’t pressure me at all. Ultimately I said yes to the dress!
