After a miscommunication, store manager Michelle, supervisor Debra, and alterations manager Nurdan all stepped in to make the process of picking my dress the most amazing experience ever. I felt like I was in a million dollar store that you see on TV. Their customer service went above and beyond, and the personalized attention was priceless. My sales associate was awesome. The original experience was confusing at the door, uninviting and disorganized feeling. Which was almost a deterrent but I'm glad we waited around because again, Veronica Watson, was awesome and I would encourage others to visit her.

The staff are kind of spacey. It seem as though even on the slower days everyone is overwhelmed. Also it's always extra, extra hot in all locations that I have visited. The staff are even hot. Please allow more air conditioning in your locations. This would make customers happier and even more excited and relaxed.
