Completely happy with my alterations appointment! Riley and Alex took care of me. They were both very sweet people and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Can not thank Riley enough, she knew exactly how to get the fit and look I was going for! Only down one star because the cost of alterations is so expensive.
I came in today 07/07/21 with no appointment and Rebecca was more than amazing and very friendly. Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress for my special day. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS🥰😃😍

I was in the store today for alterations on my wedding gown and Rylie went above and beyond with everything! Very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment as well as being very informative about the whole process! Highly recommend!!

Rylie was an absolute blessing. I’m the bride-to-be, and I could not have done this without her reassurance and explanation. She’s got a great eye for the vision I’m going for and she saw to everything I asked for thoroughly. This sweet girl deserves more than what she’s given at this location.
Rylie helped us today and she was so sweet and helpful. I wish I could give her a 10 star review. Her patients and understanding for my best friends vision was a 20/10. :)
My consultant was so patient even though I had been there a couple of times previously. She helped me find my perfect dress!!
