I was not impressed by my recent visit to David's Bridal. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and our consultant was rather impatient and rude. When we first arrived she was still helping another client, which is understandable, but it was evident that she was over booked or had to maintain too many clients that day as she muttered, "I must be taking all the brides today", when she was called to the front to assist. Horrible experience with Lizzette today. Within 5 minutes she had ruined my friends experience and we were leaving the store. When we went to talk to a manager and tell her what happened the stylist actually came over and tried to argue with us and say that isn't what she said. She basically asked my friend why she was shopping with so mich time before her wedding because when she is actually ready to buy she will need to start over. My daughter and her friend just came from the West Palm Beach David's Bridal store in tears. My daughter is supportive of her friend who is the one getting married. Together they received very poor service from Lizette today. If you still dare to try David's Bridal, avoid Lizette as she has no patience or manners. As soon as she found out the wedding dress wasn't being purchased today, she became rude and extremely short and cut down our appointment time that was blocked out with her. Awful experience. I created a profile and had a list of dresses that I liked saved onto that profile, and was told those styles would be able to be pulled at my appointment with my girls. Consultant was so unenthusiastic and seemed miserable the whole time we were there (which was only about 20 minutes). I felt as though I was running around with no direction. I went to David’s bridal back in February of this year to look for a wedding dress. The sales women they had paired me with didn’t know anything about dresses nor did she listen to me about what I as the bride wanted or even my budget. I didn’t want a pure white dress and I didn’t want it to be strapless and my budget was $500.
