I brought my wedding dress in 2011, bridesmaid dress 2015, going to another wedding and tried on a dress that gave me rash, the store told me to put ice on it�. Call customer care- the lady rushed me saying all she could do is give me 40% off and I have to make a purchase that same day. Needless to say- the dress top was too low cut. Call the customer care- it took them 30 minutes because the information was put in incorrectly and I had to pay $159 for a new dress. The only good thing I can say is my daughter found a dress she liked. She and her mom hated the experience. She wanted me to come for the fitting so I took the day off and was RUDELY told I couldn’t be in the fitting room. Not a good way to treat a Dad with another daughter also planning a wedding.

I first visited David's Bridal on Monday, March 5, my 70th birthday, with my husband and son (who had made a surprise visit to me from NYC). I met with Carla, who treated me wonderfully! She was attentive and caring and all that I could ask for in someone to assist me in picking out and trying on a mother-of-the-groom gown. The second dress tried on was a winner! Wow! Was I lucky! Absolutely disgusted, disappointed, frustrated and sad. My mother went, per my request, to David's Bridal to pick out a dress for my wedding and I regret sending her there. If I could cancel all of the other dresses, I WOULD. My girls are all located in different states and fortunately, they had a pleasant experience and then to find out my mother, my Queen, was treated like dirt - it drives me CRAZY!
