We went in for my niece’s flower girl dress today, 5/21/2022, and Jordan was AMAZING, as usual! My bridal party and I, love her so much, that we scheduled all of our alterations appointments with her, as well! She really knows her stuff, and is so good at what she does! She is an asset to the Westwood store, and I’m so thankful for all of her help, on this journey of mine!

I went here today with one of my bridesmaids for her dress and ended up with a shawl and purse for myself . ( previously purchased my gown elsewhere)Ellen was super amazing and can’t say enough about her excellent customer service skills and awesome fashion advice. Truly felt like she cared and was excited for me . It’s so wonderful to experience people who are perfect for their job!

I was in a horrible situation with my soon to SIL. She was being an absolute horror show to me and my family during the wedding preparations. She didn't even ask me to be the wedding until late May, the wedding was in late August. I had hurried to David's Bridal in Dedham. I was in a full blown panic and crying. Vicky Myers is the store manager in Dedham, she is the most kind person I have ever met. She took out so much time to get me every single dress in the store, close to my size in the color I needed and spent hours with me trying to figure out the perfect dress. She even constructed a text message that I could send to my horrible soon to be SIL about the dress. She was constantly researching dresses that I liked to see if other stores had them in my size. Vickey took a terrible situation and turned it into something fun and happy. I have never experienced a better salesperson in any other store like Vicky. David's Bridal Corp should be extremely proud that they have a person like Vicky to be the face of their store. She went above and beyond any sales person would need to go to ensure her patrons have a great experience and feel as beautiful as they should. I saw Vicky working the floor as she was helping me, and she was just as lovely to all the other guests as she was me. Her staff looked to her for help and she was always readily available to assist her staff and their guests. It was a pleasure to see someone so invested. If you need a dress, please visit Davids Bridal in Dedham, with management like Vicky, you are in good hands.

Debbie is absolutely amazing! We had a bridesmaid and bridal (for me) appointment. Debbie works really hard, learned us so quickly on style and what we are looking for. She also made it so personalized and included my deceased father into the day. She was very personable and amazing, I will never forget Debbie! Can’t wait to bring the rest of my wedding party to meet her ♥️

Went dress shopping yesterday for my daughter's wedding dress at David's Bridal in Westwood. Could not have asked for a better experience. They were helpful and attentive. Even though my daughter knew what dress she wanted when she went in, they took the time to make sure she was happy. She bought the perfect dress for her and scheduled an appointment for her first fitting. Even during these crazy times, they made us feel safe and comfortable. A huge shout out to Kelly who was assisting my daughter and also to Celeste who does the alterations. Without the two of them, we might not have known if the dress was the right choice or not. Thank you, again, for all of your help!
