I went in last Sunday to look at wedding dresses for the first time ever. I spent 4 hours in the store and fell in love with one. Kelly was extremely helpful and patient! I went back yesterday to make sure I still loved it but I happened to fall in love with a new one. I was at the shop for another 4 hours. Kelly pulled a dozen dresses, brought out perfect accessories for each, and waited patiently for my decision. She helped me get into the two dresses multiple times as I kept going back and forth. Got my daughters most beautiful wedding dress there this year. $500. How can you go wrong?? I'll be back when my youngest decides to get married
I went in to buy a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. Vicky was so helpful and professional. I even ended up ordering the wrong color by mistake and Vicky took care of it for me and got me the right color. I was very happy with my whole experience from trying on the dresses to the alterations. I would recommend this store to all my friends. Thanks for a great experience April :}
Everyone was so patient and helpful! Dorice and Vicky were great while making decisions and Shirley was a mind reader in fittings! We are so happy to have come here!
We went in Friday 8/26 for a final fitting and Shirley made all the difference. She was kind, calm, and knew what she was doing. She made me feel so much more relaxed about my dress and made me feel special. She truly is an asset to David's Bridal Westwood!!! We look forward to seeing Shirley again when I pick up my dress!!!
My daughter and myself had the best customer associate take care of us. Her name is Patty. She brought out 15 gowns and actually brought out the wedding gown my daughter liked the best without us even asking for it. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend shopping at David's Bridal.
I had an awesome experience here thanks to Shirley in the alterations department! She was attentive and caring and just all around wonderful to work with. She helped me customize my dress just the way I wanted it. Thank you Shirley!
