The saleswoman who sold me my bridesmaids dress knowingly booked my alterations appointment so that I would need to pay the rush fee to get this dress in time for my sister's wedding. The saleswoman told me it would take 3 weeks for alterations. There was plenty of lead time (7 weeks from when the dress would arrive in the store to the wedding date) for me to get the dress altered and she said nothing to me about even the possibility of being charged a rush fee.

Twice said they shipped my dress and UPS has confirmed they have not. The wedding is two weeks away and I still don’t have my dress

I am not usually this type but I really have to warn future brides about Davids Bridal in Westwood. I got my first dress at Davids Bridal, I tried on a 16 and was told a 16 was ordered. We got the dress. It didn’t fit. Turns out it was a size 14, with size 12 sleeves sewn into it. My veil was also the wrong color. The consultant brought the dress to the alterations woman and she told us it’s a $120 fix by stretching the material under the arm pits to make the dress fit me and we were to pay for it. We had such a great experience! This was our 4th store looking for a Prom dress for my daughter who is larger than the average size. We found lots of options but went on a busy Saturday afternoon around 4pm. not realizing we needed an appointment. The staff could not have been better and more accommodating. They squeezed us in between appointments in an available dressing room. Staff rude went w my daughter today she found a dress she really liked and wanted to try on staff was so rude when we asked to try it on told us we had to go front desk. Turned her off will not go back their were plenty of dressing rooms available !

Went to DB yesterday to try on bridesmaids gowns for my best friend's wedding. There were four of us trying on. We had a 3pm appointment. After we checked in, we were told to head to "that side of the store and pick out dresses you like". So we wandered to the half of the store she had pointed us to and started pulling dresses in the wine color we wanted. Another woman came up to us and asked us what we were doing.
