I was quite happy with the staff that was very respectful and kind for my first fitting for a dress. The store was very busy and they still apologized for taking so long. I would go back there for more dresses I order in the future.
Found my dream dress! Jen was amazing she was very patient considering I tried on like 20 dresses lol. She was friendly helpful and just made the experience awesome for me and my friends. I can be a difficult person and Jen was just awesome! I will be back with my bridesmaids next weekend.
I booked our appt for myself, best friend, and her sister. We checked in and were quickly paired up with Gabriella and a new trainee. My best friend, who is the bride chose dresses she wanted to see on us. Gabriella and the new trainee were never without a smile and were very helpful and sweet. I went to David’s Bridal to try on wedding gowns for the first time since getting engaged, never expecting I’d find my dress. After the 4th dress I ended up ringing the bell because I found the one! All of the staff, especially Maria, were extremely friendly and helpful. Maria was actually the one who pointed out my dress and suggested to try it on. I’m so happy with my experience that day and would definitely recommend it to others!
Staff is friendly, and not too pushy. I felt comfortable and appreciated. I found my dress and all accessories that were needed for well within my prince range. I would definitely recommend the Wilkes Barre location to others!
