Great experience when we were trying on dresses. We ordered a dress that fit perfectly when we tried it on. We had it lined so it wasn’t so sheer. When we went for our fitting appointment the dress size was ordered correct but adding the lining made the dress too small. Very frustrated that we were not told to order a size up to accommodate for the lining. At this time we cannot order a new dress as it will come in about 4 months after the wedding has passed. RecommendedGreat experience trying on dresses. Horrible customer service if you call after your appointment for questions. Cannot speak to live person. They want you to text someone in customer service. Very frustrating

Manager tonight (dec 2) was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Went to go exchange a dress (store exchange NOT refund) and the manager said she could not find the dress in system and said she could not verify we actually purchased it (tags still on dress) after arguing for over an hour she found it in their system and could do store exchange. Only has the dress for less than 60 days. The manager actually had my mother in tears. This is after we have purchased two wedding dresses from this exact store. So sad that management... read more
