This was the first place I went to try on bridal gowns, Olivia’s customer service blew me away! I ended up falling in love with the 5th dress I tried on, she knew exactly what I was looking for. Terrible experience. Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. When we first walked in we were told to sign in and that someone would help us in a moment. Well half an hour later and everyone was basically running past us, didn't even look at us. I would never go back. When we left there were three girls standing at the front chatting and not one of them asked how our experience was or even have the courtesy to say "have a good night". AVOID THIS SNOTTY PLACE. It honestly felt like a scene from pretty woman.
Fantastic experience!! Olivia Vandenbosch was so wonderful helping me find my wedding dress! I went to other bridal shops and the service didn’t even come close to the wonderful, caring service I had from Oliva! I said YES to the dress!!!
