I have nothing good to report with my experience with this store. Nothing but issues from the start. It started with the clerk ordering the wrong dress size for my bridesmaid dress and having to do a rush order to get a bigger size. Drove 2 hrs and 45 minutes to this store to get alterations to have all of them let go on the day of the wedding. Better than I could have imagined. Clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Polite staff, and super talented stylists. Laura asked the right questions, really listened to my wants, made appropriate suggestions, was patient and really intuitive and BOOM! Our consultant was super rude and didn't take us into consideration very much.
My daughter was looking for a short prom dress. The lady that helped her took her and looked through all the dresses they had in stock. It was a nice experience. I was also informed about the special on wedding dress preservation kits. I purchased one. Can't wait to see my dress come back to me.

Had an excellent experience with my 5 bridesmaids at David's picking out dresses :). The consultant Laura was very helpful. We've since run into a problem. We've had one bridesmaid back out of the wedding party so we've had to replace her. I called David's to see if we could exchange the one dress for a different size and was told to bring in the new bridesmaid, dress and the receipt and they'll see what they can do. I'm really hoping we can get it exchanged to fit the new bridesmaid!
