Outstading
Excellent service! Dr. Davidson makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, that you almost forget you’re at the dentist! She knows her craft, and when I sit in the chair, I trust her completely. She does excellent work, and so does her colleague, Dr. Winsom. I’m so glad I found her practice!
DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is extremely unprofessional, they kept cancelling my appointment, miscommunication seems to be a common way of thinking when speaking to the staff; a sign of poor leadership and practice management. I honestly had an expectation to be seen by a well-trained Black Dentist, what I got was a lack of care dentistry who only seemed to be interested in in-network clients, which is common if they state they were trained at Howard. I have been a patient for almost 20 years and am distraught at leaving this review. But the practice has ceased returning my calls and remarkably, appears to be withholding treatment from me now as an insurance billing matter is resolved. Meanwhile my pain gets worse and I’ll likely have to seek duplicative comprehensive treatment as a result. Previously there were a couple instances where they charged mysterious fees and couldn’t adequately explain their billing and insurance procedures, but I just rolled my eyes - it wasn... read more
My appointment got pushed back by an hour the day before and then my appointment started 10 minutes late. After my cleaning was done I sat alone in my chair for 20 minutes waiting for the final check up. Takae was efficient as always though.
