Easy to locate, but has a roundabout way to get there. Great front office staff person. Room somewhat crowded, but I was there alone. Had small kitchenette, which is great for families. A nice surprise for the breakfast--plenty of choices and there is great area for diners. Good use a mirror outside the bathroom. Lots of TV stations.

Comfy, clean and quiet It was a quick overnight for an event sponsored by the Mayo Clinic. Things worked just fine.

LOUD Cleaning staff WAY too early in the morning.. The room was good enough - but here is my beef. I don't know why but there were cleaning staff in the room across the hall from ours that started cleaning around 7:00 AM - LOUDLY. Laughing, talking loudly, vacuuming... Seriously?? We got in quite late and honestly, I expected to at least be able to sleep until 9 or 10. That was ridiculous. If I hadn't been so tired when I left the hotel, I would've discussed this with the front desk.

I apologize about the noise so early in the morning. Normally our housekeeping staff does not start until 9am but with our hotel being completely booked my staff members offered to come in early to ensure rooms were ready by 3pm check in for that days arrivals. I am pleased to hear that the room itself was good, also that at that hour my staff members were in a cheery mood. Thank you for your feedback and I hope that next time you come to town you will come see us again.
