Good Stay Staff was friendly and helpful. When someone illegally smoked in the room next door they immediately acted and switched my room. Easy access to Rochester. Room was clean and facilities were nice. Having a refrigerator was great.

Pleasantly surprised It was quite a surprise when we arrived. We weren't sure what to expect just booking on line. The kitchenette came in handy due to the fact that we were there for an extended stay for a person in the hospital. Toliet broke during our stay and we informed front desk and it was fixed when we returned from the hospital. Quick response with fixing the toliet.

Shuttle service false advertising Your website claimed at this hotel had shuttle service for the neighboring areas but they don't have anything so now I'm going to have to walk to the airport. I needed to go to Walmart when I arrived and the only transportation to Walmart was by taxi and it cost me an extra $20.75 that I didn't have. So now I have to walk 3 miles to get to the airport because I have no more money left. Talk about false advertising!

Im sorry that you were miss informed by Expedia about our shuttle service. We do offer a shuttle service but it is only for the Mayo Clinic and St.Marys Hospital. We will address this issue with Expedia. my apoligizes.
Underwhelming We chose this hotel primarily because of convenience and location. The front desk staff, both when checking in and checking out, seemed nice but not professional. The room was very small and a stain on the bedspread made me uneasy about the cleanliness. The room was a functional place to spend a night but would not recommend if there are other options.

Two-week stay for medical issues This extended stay hotel provided us with exactly what we needed when my husband had surgery, as we needed a place to stay both before and after. The beds are very comfy. Rooms are pleasant. Full-size fridge, sink and micro-wave. Just a note that there is no kitchen equipment included. Very nice staff. Great choice for an economy hotel Very well maintained for a Days Inn. Room had large refrigerator, microwave and stove top. Coupled with past experiences with this chain I was pleasantly surprised in both the features and the cleanliness & condition. Also, friendly service, good breakfast. On the other side of the ledger: Very lively acoustics - could hear thumping coming from other rooms or hall (but not voices); no wash cloth - seriously? I would NOT recommend The comforter had a HUGE stain on it, (it was a mustard type colored comforter, so the stain was easy to see...more than one stain, but the huge one was the one that got me). The room was "dirty", but because of the dirty comforter, I felt like it was dirty.
