Service was rescheduled three times. Complete lack of communication by DBS - I had to call repeatedly to find this out. Voicemails go unanswered. Would not recommend DBS to anyone - worst customer service ever. Will say that the sale person (Bryan) was fantastic.

WOW service means worthless warranty. theres others that do better work and are honest. do your homework before signin anything from these people.

pathetic customer service. idiotic human relations. I have had a window/basement wall support project in the works for almost 6 months and it still isn't done. on 3 separate times I have had no shows at my house from these people and they do not call or reach out when they supposedly cancel your appointment. this company is absolutely worthless I do NOT recommend using their services for anything. it isn't worth the hassle they put on you that ends up making the project 10 times more difficult. find a competent company...
Signed an agreement in February 2023, they said they would contact me to schedule with a mid June estimate. In May, I followed up and they said it was looking like early June and that they would reach out. Then I had to follow up again June 20th because i still hadn't heard anything. DBS said they would be out July 6th. TLDR: DBS provided incorrect information about the structural integrity of my home and recommended work that an independent structural engineer said is not necessary and they refuse to refund my full deposit. Do not hire this or any other foundation repair company without consulting with a certified structural engineer.
