After seeing the experience a friend of mine has had, I would never do business here and encourage everyone else to stay away. They were the cause of thousands of dollars of damage at his property. Instead of communicating with him and attempting to make it right, they've just dodged his calls. He's unable to comment here, too, which makes me think they blocked him, but I can't verify that. Buyer beware, Do Not Use DBS of Duluth, MN. I won't get into the timeline issues they had (months delaying the renovation) their Jack's/Beams are twisting, not touching the floor joists, the metal jacks they used to support the entire kitchen are sitting in standing water in the crawl space. Did not put dirt back when they were done. Extremely disappointed. Of course sales guy Henrich only answer if he thinks you're calling to give him a credit card. Do not use DBS Duluth, MN.

Update: I have been trying to get a hold of someone over the last week because our water issue is increasing. The owner had insured us that spray foaming an area would keep water out…well it didn’t. Their drainage system isn’t working and we have water coming up around all the lines they had placed. I have exhausted all my efforts and patience trying to reach out to the company to make things right before I am left with mold and further water damage. Extremely disappointed. I was initially impressed with the home energy assessment, however, due to structural issues that the assessment team didn't identify when quoting the project, 2 of the 5 walls that were to be insulated did not get insulated. Further, another wall was only half-done, and they failed to insulate the entire section of wall where the plumbing is, so my pipes continue to freeze in that section. This is a basement that was bid in June!! The floor has been dug up for 2 weeks and the walls have been framed for a month! It is one thing to bid a job and say it will be 7 months to finish, but when they were told it will be August first then done October 15 that is NOT acceptable!!! Maybe 8-9 months the way it is going now! Also as you can see there is a walker and a person who can not shower at their home until this is completed!

Had work done, paid them promptly. Now have some issues with my concrete patio. I call and leave messages and don't get a call back. They were quick to cash my check, not so much on service after the sale.

very poor interview process. start to finish 5 weeks ..waited 12 days for the third interview.. which I thought was a formality.. because I'm having to drive 6 hours to get there.. a for 28 minutes of caned internet question.
