DC was everything you could want - knowledgeable, efficient, and professional through and through. He communicates quickly and often and uses tools to make the whole process easy and painless. We shopped around and he had the best rates. There was absolutely no reason to go to anyone else. If I were buying another house, DC would be my first stop.

They answered the call immediately and If I ask questions they answered all of them. However, I received wrong documents so I had to call and correct them. I choose BankSouth because my builder recommended, but I felt that they communicate first before me and make a schedule easier for themselves, not for me…
