Initially it felt as too aggressive, but over time we understood the approach to be more proactive. However, there were a number of errors along the way and moving at such fast pace was a bit confusing and made it harder for us to follow. But the level of communication was great - responses were very timely, almost instantaneous. All our questions were answered and all our concerns were addressed.
