Quick replys were great. Every time (and I had lots of questions). The totally online application and digital nature of this transaction was at the limit of my comfort zone... I was not anticipating a 100% online refi where the only person we met was a closing attorney.

D.C. and his team not only made the mortgage process simple (which is not an easy feat) but they also made it efficient. We were preapproved the same day so we could quickly sign a contract to build and then the closing process was about as easy as a mortgage closing process can be. We are very thankful forD.C.
