Beautiful house and neighborhood! Great location as it's pretty central to many attractions (Spearfish Canyon, Rapid City, Deadwood, etc) Would happily stay here, or any of their other properties in this neighborhood, again!
The entire family thought this was the best place we’ve stayed at! The setup was perfect for our big family and the view from the back deck…..stunning!
Perfect location to get to all the desired spots in the black hills. Perfect for a family traveling with all ages. Owner was great to work with and loved the place.

The good: this location was great! Top of the mountain! Quiet location. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do (Spearfish, Deadwood, Custer, Sturgis). There were a couple deer and babies that came in the morning or evening we could watch. The cabin holds most everything you could need for a few days. The bad: The place is in serious need of some general maintenance. TP holder falling out of the wall. Only one slider has a screen and it’s hard to use. Beautiful location (amazing sunsets), quiet neighborhood and our kids loved the loft and hot tub!
Very clean and was a great place to stay!
It was very peaceful and had a great view of the mountains. The host was very responsive and welcomed us with Oreos and delicious coffee. The only complaint we had was our sheets had a noticeable stain on it and the pillows themselves had stains on them. Definitely need to be replaced. Otherwise, it was a great place and we all enjoyed ourselves.
We had a lovely stay! Beautiful house in the Black Woods.
