I am a service Advisor at a GM store and this is the 2nd time i have used Dealer Resource for the same customer. Both experiences and been great with no issues concerning coverage. I dealt with ******* and **** on the initial call and was able to get all needed work approved. After repairs were done I was in contact with *************************** to get payment and that went very smooth. Dealers Resource Center was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The staff were excellent and a joy to work with. They explained everything to me and made sure that I understood every step of the process. I would recommend Dealers Resource Center to anyone wanting superior customer service.
