We have complained for weeks about mouse drippings and a hole in our lanai screen-which we repaired. A few days ago our dogs found this rat and we now have three more holes. Why the hell do we pay for rodent control and you not take responsibility to pay for the screens to be repaired- had your job been done correctly we never would have had rats in our lanai- additionally our dogs health is at risk now !!! This is absolutely terrible customer satisfaction!!

RecommendedWe had some noise in the plenum above the ceiling. Called the next day and Shelly was out to see us that morning; set traps and bait, came back in a week and discreetly removed a roof rat from above our garage. She is continuing to monitor the situation. Great relief to have someone you can call who knows how to address the problem and get it done.

RecommendedThank the day I spotted Deans truck across the street! Prior to that morning, had discovered ants in one location of our villa. Set out bait traps, thinking “ that’s it!” Little did I know the critters had nested IN THE SLAT OF VENETIAN BLIND! Thank you Sara and Deans Pest control.

Seems we are on their schedule, not ours. Weeds in our yard aren’t a priority even though we pay to have NO weeds.

Weeds in the turf are a fact of life in Florida, and our program involves weed control, not complete weed elimination. Our response said that we treat weeds with every visit and we would be to your property to treat them again in less than two weeks. I recently purchased a pre-owned home in The Villages and contacted Dean’s to provide pest control service. I received immediate response to my online request and my questions were answered and my service begun. They even found that part of my service had been contracted by the previous owner and could be transferred to me, saving me money!
