If you are considering using Deans in the Ocala FL area just beware. Parts of my lawn were killed following a mix up with the chemicals on my January 2018 treatment. They took full responsibility for the mistake and even offered a warranty which I found out meant nothing as my sod needs to be replaced and was told by Mike the manager that they were not replacing any sod because the worst area was in the shade. I cannot find the words to praise Dean's Services as high as I would like------I have had a very bad experience with another pest control and lawn care company here in The Villages. and I had paid them for a year of service. When I asked for a refund of the balance of my money --I was told " it was not their policy to refund money".
