First week of June I contacted Judson with Deans Services about my ongoing problem, he asked Luis too check out the problem which I thought was excessive fertilizer killing the sod... Luis was friendly and professional he told me not to worry he will fix the problem.. Luis pulled out a grass root which was Chinch bug infested, Luis sprayed insecticide part of the treatment.. Philip visited on July 30, 2024. He provided weed control and lawn pest control. The temperature was in the Mid 90s, and he was dressed in protective clothing. He was thorough in his service, although he must have been very uncomfortable in the heat. Philip completed his work about 45 minutes before we received a downpour. Very impressive, and consistent with Deans reputation.
I have had Deans services for over 6 years. During that time I have had techs who were just adequate but since Luis R. has been servicing my yard I am more than pleased. He has given me good tips to enhance the health and looks of the area and he really seems to care about giving top notch service and helpful advice. He is a conscientious worker and very knowledgable. You have a good employee in Luis R.

I had ghost ants in my bathroom, bedroom and office. I called for service and Amber almost immediately called me. Her schedule was filled for the day so she promised to add me at the end of her day. Several hours later she called me and said she had a cancellation and asked if she could come early. I was delighted. She checked all areas thoroughly and placed bait traps where ants were spotted. I love Dean's Services. They take care of all our lawn & exterminating needs. The most important thing I can say about them is that they are VERY RESPONSIVE! If you have a problem with anything, they call you right away to resolve the issue. I love the gal who takes care of our exterminating needs too.
