Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I was in a home that I could financially afford. She had faith and hope in me when Flat Branch kept telling me wait another year. I heard that for ten years. I started working with Debbie and within 5 months closed on a house. She is AMAZING. If you do not have perfect credit I would not be scared to ask Debbie to help you.
