Better communication upfront to clients of the Can do's and the Cannot do, it's less stress on both parties. Being told about when is a good time to get a personal loan during the process of buying and getting copies and emailing to Mortgage co. Keeping client and everyone else from Mortgage Co. and Realtor on one Group email that way everyone in the loop understands what's needed of them ref. Contracts.or etc.
