Debra was helpful and knowledgeable but we had to reach out in order to get updates regarding the loan. Her assistant Rosana, was not very efficient and made the process more difficult and frustrating than it should be.The process was frustrating. There was lack in communication regarding updates and documents that had been already submitted requested again
I use to work for Shea Homes in Northern California it was a Great Company. The Experience with KB from Start to Finish was EXCELLENT Starting with Sales Kristen Gantenbein and Pat very informative, Happy, Pleasant easy to work with and very willing to help in any way that they both could.
