Debra is responsible and tries to be on top of things, but she put us to work with Rosanna, who never responded to emails. Her lack of communication was frustrating, and when she wrote was to ask for a bunch of documents or information that was previously given to her. It made me feel that she didn't read our file and that we were just a file to be made. Not even the 10k that were offered was worth dealing with her, she made our process so complicated and full of frustration

I would recommend Better/accurate communication. There was a lot of errors that came about on Debra’s side from my wife and I address, to my military duty status, telling us our rate was locked in and that we will still be getting the incentive we were told we were going to receive for doing business with KBHS. I would also recommend speaking with Antoine Robinson (+1 (917) 655-2446) in order to understand how the VA work. To better assist personnel that work within the armed forces.
