I've lived at a number of apartments, and this is the only one I'd recommend you keep away from. As far as the good, my apartment itself had a nice layout with ample space and a nice view of Broad Street. The location was nice for those working at the nearby hospital. Unfortunately, the good stops there. The biggest issue is with the management. Terrible apartment complex. Lots of AC and heating issues. Complex is poorly run and expensive. No maintenance assistance. DO NOT RENT

No AC in the summer. No heat in the winter. Water leaks they still haven't fixed. Elevators smell like garbage. Worst place I have ever lived.

The leasing managers are so kind & helpful until they just decide not to be honestly. I've been trying to get in contact for a week.

Non smoking building but tenants smoke in their apartments. Since it is a forced air building the smoke goes into everyone else's apartment. Reported to management they already knew about it but nothing has been done.

Don't waste your money. In the winter, the heat was broken for over a month and now the air conditioning with no rent concessions. Apparently the money for this building was spent on the renovations and not the appliances. It is nit worth the rent.
