The communication was fantastic and everything worked out well. We had a last minute change unexpectedly around obtaining a mortgage for a 3 seasons cabin that we are very happy happened. I think this was a very lucky and could have been very costly had the rates changed unfavorably. The other consideration, if I were to recommend, would be around rates.
