Please take into account that my comments pertain to the listing (seller) side of the transaction. I was not representing the buyers. During the transaction it was necessary to extend both the financing contingency deadline and the closing date. Also, we received an email on December 23rd stating that painting repairs were required on the guest cottage without a solution being proposed such as escrowing funds to have the painting completed in the spring. Communication was very good!
