Timely
I received a verbal communication from the loan assistant that my rate was locked in at 4.0 %. However, when it came time to sign final loan documents, the rate showed 4.125 %. Going forward, all verbal rate quotes should be immediately followed up with a written quote. Also, the final cash to close estimate was overstated by $2,000 because it did not account for the earnest money. However, the error was resolved prior to closing.
We like to say Dee made this home buying experience great for us. She was great to work with and made this home buying fast. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a home to work with Dee and her team. We been trying for 3 years to purchase our home with no luck, but Dee was able to complete this loan for us. They are very fast with responses, they call after hours if there is something important instead of waiting which is great it for them and us. Weekly update phone calls are great. I cannot say anything bad it was a very wonderful and stress free experience. Thank you
