The loan process was done in a very professional way. Both Dee, and Mary Ann were very personable and completely understood the time constraints I was under. They both worked very hard to ensure my home loan was accurate and complete. Also I appreciated their friendliness in accepting my sometimes lame humor. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
We had a lot of questions and concerns in regards to the entire process. Dee and company ( especially Mary Ann) were able to answer all questions in a very timely manner. They took time explaining everything along the way and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance. Would definitely use them again and also refer family and friends to them! Dee and her staff were professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed about each step of the process and minimized the inevitable glitches. Our last financing was a red-tape paper-blizzard nightmare, but Dee made this process virtually paper-free, much easier and less stressful.
