Customer service was really good! Food ready upon arrival. Food’s pretty good too! More of a premium price point, but the quality is there. Similar stores in the area charge the same amount for food that is simply not worth it. Really no complaints! I guess I wish there was more of dine-in culture, even if it’s just eating a slice on a stool by the window, but the industry seems have really changed due to Covid and delivery apps so I get it. I thought the meat was seasoned well & the roll was good. However, I thought the kiosk was a little hard to understand & placed in special notes that I wanted ketchup on my sandwich. It did not come with ketchup or packets. I also did not see any on the counter.
