A top 5 cheesesteak in the city! But the pizza delivered was one of my worst food experiences. Half the crust was black burnt and crumbled as soon as it was touched ;(

I have always had the best experience at Del Rossi. This once, first time, the crust was tough. Because I was serving guests it was a let down. I called and shared my concern. J, called me right back. Apologized for my experience and made things right. Wow, I was so impressed with his concern to service and to me being satisfied. Loved it! He gave me that back in the quality. I nod to you, J 😉. Excellent customer service. Excellent staff. Ps. The margarita pizza is the bomb…period!

I had a great experience, I ordered the chicken wings and they were so fresh and delicious. They wasn't refried and dry like some other restaurants. I love Del Rossi chicken wings and will buy them again.
