Great service and ton's of options. They really used their expertise to help me select the perfect carpet! Shawn came to do the installation and did an absolutely beautiful job and was so fast!!! Will absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend!!
First, Elizabeth was so helpful and patient, as we navigated a rug purchase for our hallway and two stairways, with carpeting we insisted on being made from recycled plastic bottles. Turns out Mohawk makes this, and while no company we could find here in Burlington knew anything about PET carpets, she did! Because we needed to do some painting and repairs on the stairways before installation, a crew came a few days ahead to remove the carpet. Absolutely an amazing job!!! Jason stuck to his word for timeline even though it was a tight one. The installers were so professional!! They cleaned up after they were done, they wslked through with me to make sure i was happy and didn't have any questions or concerns. I also received a folliow up call as well as an email. THE BEST as far as I'm concerned.
Delair's Carpet Barn is the best!! I had a kitchen floor put in and carpet stretched in a couple rooms. From Jason, the owner to the sales team in the store to the installers, they are a top notch company! I have to give a big shout out to the installers, Shawn & Rick! Working with Delairs to get a large job done at my house this week was perfect. I love the carpet and the installation was top notch. The big shout out though goes to installers Shawn and Ted. It was a pleasure to have them for 2 whole days !. They were friendly, helpful, fun and very considerate of my home, animals and myself. We've had 3 carpet installations in the past year and it's been a pleasure doing business with Delairs. Rick, our installer is a perfectionist and takes real pride in his work. Elizabeth is over the top helpful and Jason too! We are very pleased with the finished product!
It was a great experience. From the estimate (which was very reasonable) to the care taken with finishing drywall and installing the floor. Everything was completed on schedule and the even adjusted to estimate DOWN when they were able to complete in less time than anticipated. I would suggest Delairs to anyone!

Very pleased with both the rugs and the service. Rick did an awesome job! Our rooms and the stairway look fantastic. Follow up was also great. They really cared that we were happy with everything. Unusual these days. Would return with any flooring needs in a heartbeat!
